Alan Fraser

Alan Fraser is a Director and Federal Program Manager at Lumen Technologies, where they manage federal programs focused on cyber and technology services. With extensive experience in the cybersecurity sector, they previously served as a Senior Engineering Manager at CenturyLink and played key roles in the United States Air Force as a Flight Commander and Network Security Engineer. Alan also holds the position of Squadron Commander in the Air National Guard, leading a Cyber Protection Team. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science in Computer and Information Systems Security from the University of Maryland University College. Passionate about travel, Alan and their family are on a mission to visit every U.S. National Park.
