Andrew Spence

Andrew Spence is an experienced corporate development professional, currently serving as VP of Corporate Development at Lumen Technologies since November 2021. Spence has a robust background in mergers and acquisitions, having led global deal-making efforts at SBC Communications, Cingular, and AT&T Wireless from September 1996 to December 2004. At AT&T from January 2009 to January 2013, Spence held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Strategy and Pricing for the Internet of Things, AVP of Strategy and Business Development, Director of North American Alliances, and AVP of Corporate Development, focusing on strategic partnerships and corporate growth initiatives. Spence holds a BBA in General Business from Southern Methodist University and an MBA in Finance from St. Mary's University.
