Andy Creighton

Andy Creighton serves as the Assistant General Counsel at Lumen Technologies since 2000, where guidance is provided to a team of attorneys supporting the North America Enterprise Sales and Public Sector group, addressing contract, regulatory, and compliance issues to align with the company’s business strategy. Previously, Andy has held associate positions at law firms including Ballard Spahr LLP, Cohen Brame & Smith, and Bearman Talesnick & Clowdus, focusing on securities, corporate governance, and commercial law, while drafting various legal agreements and documents. Early career experience includes a law clerk role at Security Life of Denver Insurance Company and an externship at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, along with positions in tax and auditing at Deloitte and KPMG. Andy holds a JD from the University of Colorado Law School and a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at El Paso.
