Austin Evans

Austin Evans is currently the Account Director of Specialized Sales for Unified Communications and Collaboration at Lumen Technologies, a position they began in 2023 after serving as an Account Executive from 2019 to 2023. They have extensive experience in driving customer satisfaction by offering innovative solutions that enhance application performance and improve business operations. Prior to their current role, Austin worked in sales and management positions at Red Ventures and ECU Dowdy Student Stores, where they developed expertise in account management and customer service. Austin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from East Carolina University, as well as an Associate degree in Biblical Studies from Mid-Atlantic Christian University. In their personal life, they enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and off-roading.
