Brandon Nelson

Brandon Nelson is an experienced Customer Success Consultant at Lumen Technologies since January 2019, having advanced through various roles including Customer Success Advocate II and Senior Inside Relationship Manager. Prior to this, Brandon worked as a Client Research Analyst at the Law Offices of James C. Johnson, where responsibilities included securing new clients and collaborating with legal staff on complex cases. Brandon also served as District Manager at the Minnesota Fastpitch Academy, achieving impressive sales targets and launching multiple locations within months. Brandon's career began with service as a Health Care Specialist in the United States Army, monitoring soldiers' medical needs.
