Chandra Wallace is a dynamic client services manager with over 17 years of experience in leading growth initiatives within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Sr. Client Services Manager at Lumen Technologies since 2016, Chandra manages a $1M client portfolio and has achieved a remarkable 95% customer retention rate. Previously, Chandra held the role of Network Performance Manager at Allstate, where they managed a network of over 300 providers and developed a GPS app that improved service delivery times. They also have extensive experience in contract management and account team support from their time at AT&T.
