Chris Dawson is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in architectural consultation and strategic planning. Currently serving as a Solutions Architect and Client Technology Architect at Lumen Technologies since September 2019, Chris provides technology-focused insights and deliverables for one of America's leading quick service franchisors. Previously, as IT Director at UniverSoul Circus from September 2006 to June 2019, Chris contributed to enterprise-level strategic planning and technology management. Additionally, Chris held the IT Director position at Ann Penman Laser Therapy Franchise from March 2004 to September 2006, where responsibilities included establishing IT infrastructure for a medical franchise start-up.
