Dave Mueller is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, operations management, and audit roles within the telecommunications and service sectors. At Level 3 Communications, as a Project Manager in Business Operations & Quality Assurance, Dave supported executive-level reporting and tracked operational improvements. As the Senior Manager of Enterprise Repair at CenturyLink, Dave led a large team and implemented successful operational initiatives, significantly enhancing customer satisfaction metrics. At Lumen Technologies, Dave has managed Service Managers for high-profile customer accounts and led Supplier Management professionals to optimize third-party supplier performance.
