David Eubanks

David Eubanks has extensive experience in network and project management within the telecommunications industry, currently serving as a Senior Network Program Manager at Lumen Technologies since November 2018. Eubanks' career includes significant roles such as Construction Project Manager at Outsource and Detail Engineering Supervisor at Calix, where oversight of broadband detail engineers was a key responsibility. Previous positions include managing local operations and network technicians at Windstream Communications, as well as planning and engineering for switching and DSLAM products. Eubanks' early career involved network engineering roles at Frontier Communications and Nortel, where project leadership and technical expertise were crucial. Eubanks served in the US Navy as a 2nd Class Boatswain's Mate and holds a BS in Technical Management from Devry University and an AASE in Electronics from Devry Institute of Technology.
