Divya Narula is currently an HR Business Partner at Lumen Technologies, where they lead HR strategy and execution across various business units. With prior experience at Wipro and Infosys, Divya has a strong background in talent management, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement. As India's DEI Lead, they focus on creating an inclusive workplace and have led significant initiatives in performance management and workplace safety. Divya holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Xavier Institute of Management and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
