Eric Jackson

Eric Jackson is a seasoned professional in customer success and sales operations, with nearly a decade of experience at Lumen Technologies since June 2014, where roles have included Customer Success Executive, Customer Success Consultant, and Client Support Manager, among others. Prior to this, Eric gained valuable experience as a Sales Operations Intern at ALPS, A DST Company, and demonstrated leadership as a member of the Gonzaga University baseball team during NCAA Division 1 athletics. Eric holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Gonzaga University, earned between 2010 and 2014.
