Fred Phillips

Fred Phillips is a Senior Lead CX Manager at Lumen Technologies, where they manage content, strategy, and planning for the C-level Customer Advisory Board and helped launch the company’s first customer community. Previously, Fred worked at CenturyLink as a Lead Communications Manager, directing communications for the CTO and Customer Experience organizations. Fred also served as a Multimedia Editor, Sports Editor, and Features Editor at The News-Star, where they were responsible for a variety of editorial duties. Currently, Fred is pursuing a BA in Journalism at Louisiana Tech University.
