Greg Graham

Greg Graham is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support, team leadership, and project management. Since December 2009, Greg has served as Team Lead and Order Entry Representative III at Lumen Technologies, managing multiple projects focused on process improvement, pricing, and reporting. Prior experience includes working as a Technical Support Representative at Verizon Business and as an Account Consultant at Qwest Communications, where Greg successfully supported large business accounts in Tucson, AZ. An internship in Multimedia/Web Design at Oklahoma State University and a role as Senior Station Manager at Hertz highlight expertise in both management and technical skills.
