Heather Campbell

Heather Campbell, PE, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Delivery and Operations at Lumen Technologies, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Heather held several senior roles including SVP of National RF Engineering at DISH Network and Vice President of National Access Networks Engineering at Rogers Communications. Additionally, Heather was a board member of the NC 911 Board, where responsibilities included chairing the Grant Committee and serving on the Technology Committee. A substantial tenure at Sprint included various director-level roles in RF engineering, network planning, and optimization, with notable achievements in contract negotiations and team leadership across multiple states. Heather began their career as an RF Engineer at Nextel Communications and holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University.
