Joe Roy

Joe Roy has extensive experience in telecommunications and network engineering, beginning with service as a Telecommunications Team Chief in the U.S. Army from January 1997 to May 2000. Following military service, Joe worked in various roles including Principal Network Engineer at Lumen Technologies from December 2018 to June 2022 and Principal Architect since July 2022. Joe's career includes positions at Level 3 Communications as a Test Engineer, several roles at Global Crossing Telecommunications, Inc., and a tenure as Senior Network Engineer at CenturyLink. Joe holds an Associate degree in Business Administration with a focus on Computer Networking from Davenport University, earned between 2001 and 2005, and graduated from Clarkston High School with a diploma in 1996.
