Julia E. Durall

Julia E. Durall is a lead product designer and creative collaborator with expertise in UX/UI design for AI enterprise platforms, EdTech, and e-commerce. Currently, as a senior UX designer at Lumen Technologies, they focus on enhancing self-service portals for customers and internal support staff. Previously, Julia served as a design lead at IBM, where they managed the end-to-end UX process for multiple features of watsonx Assistant and watsonx Orchestrate. With a strong educational background, including an Associate of Applied Sciences in Visual Communication and a Bachelor of Science in Radio-Television-Film, Julia is dedicated to creating intuitive, accessible designs while mentoring early-career designers.
