Justin Painter

Justin Painter, P.E. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in network and compute planning. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Compute/Network Planning at Lumen Technologies since January 2018, Justin leads budgeting, strategic and tactical planning, and project management for Cloud and Edge compute and IP networks. Previously, as Vice President of Enhanced Services and Network Planning at Level 3 Communications from March 2014 to January 2018, Justin directed project management, capacity management, and product development strategies. Earlier roles include Senior Engineer at American Electric Power, where Justin managed the telecommunication network's architecture and compliance, and Director at Level 3 Communications, overseeing IP network implementation and infrastructure development. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from The University of Tulsa.
