Ladd DeJong

Ladd DeJong is currently the Director of Complex Solutions Teams at Lumen Technologies. Previously, Ladd held various significant roles at Level 3 Communications, including Manager of Carrier Relations and Sr. Manager of Off-net Quoting, where they drove revenue growth and optimized vendor relationships. Ladd also contributed to strategic planning and architecture to enhance the company's network capabilities. Prior to their time at Level 3, Ladd gained diverse experience in roles at IBM and other tech organizations, focusing on systems management and project leadership. Ladd is pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems with a specialization in computer networking at National American University.
