Maly Lim

Maly Lim currently serves as the Federal Lead Project Manager at Lumen Technologies, overseeing the management of an Agency’s awarded contract and aligning customer business strategies with Lumen solutions since January 2017. Prior experience includes roles at Charter Communications/Time Warner Cable as a Complex Order Management Order Coordinator and at Verizon Business in various capacities, including Special Client Service Operations and Sr Analyst in Order Management for the Direct Public Sector, where Maly maintained customer relationships, processed critical orders, and provided training. Maly began a career in order management at MCI Telecommunications as a Quality Control Analyst and held a lead position at WorldCom Corp as a High-Speed Sale Support Lead. Maly holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Strayer University.
