Marc Montez is a seasoned networking professional with a diverse background in network engineering and operations. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Network Transformation at Lumen Technologies since February 2020, Marc previously held roles such as Lead Network Operations Engineer and Core Network Engineer at Level 3 Communications, where responsibilities included monitoring backbone circuits and implementing network devices. Additional experience includes Senior Network Operations Engineer at CenturyLink and Lead Network Specialist at Global Crossing, alongside various positions in network administration and operations. Marc holds a Master’s degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Dakota State University and a degree in Computer Networking from New Mexico State University.
