Maurice Moore

Maurice Moore is an experienced Program Management Office Manager currently serving as the Director of NOC for the Public Sector at Lumen Technologies, managing large-scale state contracts. From 2020 to 2025, Maurice held the position of Senior Engagement Manager at Lumen, overseeing multiple critical platforms for the State of Arizona, including voice, network, and security systems. Prior to this, Maurice worked at CenturyLink as a PMO and Engagement Manager, where responsibilities included managing 15 project managers across numerous state agencies. Maurice began their career in information technology with various roles at ADOT, contributing to technical support and project management for IT projects statewide. Maurice holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Santa Barbara City College and a B.S. in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Saint Mary.
