Previously, Melonie held various leadership positions at CenturyLink and Qwest Communications, including Area Manager of Retail Sales, Lead Project Manager, and Regional Field Sales Manager, where they were responsible for sales strategy, team performance, and operational efficiency. Melonie earned their education at Alabama State University and is engaged in continuous professional development.
