Michael Casey

Michael Casey has extensive experience in network implementation and field operations, currently serving as Manager of OSP Fiber Relocations at Lumen Technologies since September 2020 and previously as a Senior Network Implementation Program Manager. Prior roles include OSP Engineer and Field Technician at Level 3 Communications, and Network Implementation Program Manager at CenturyLink. Michael also has experience overseeing field operations as a Field Operations Supervisor at USIC and has previously worked in field technician roles at Premier Utility Services and Damage Prevention Specialists. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, Public Administration, Business Management, Pre-Law from Western Carolina University and a Masters of Science in Administrative Justice and Security from the University of Phoenix.
