Michael Cushman is a seasoned Proposal Development and Project Management Consultant with extensive experience in supporting large capital projects. Since January 1998, Michael has been with Cushman & Associates, Inc., specializing in proposal development. Currently, Michael serves as a Proposal Manager and Proposal Writer for Lumen Technologies and Key Solutions, achieving a high win percentage on numerous Federal Government and DoD proposals while managing concurrent proposal efforts. Previously, Michael held significant roles at BP, contributing to global projects and risk management, and played a key role in the Deepwater Horizon response team. Earlier career highlights include positions at American Operations Corporation and the United States Air Force.
