Milton Jeffs

Milton Jeffs has extensive experience in network engineering and management, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Solution Architect and former Director of Operational Support Managers at Lumen Technologies since 2006, Milton manages the Tier III Support Team for IP and Voice Activations, ensuring a 90% First Time Success Rate for service activations while addressing complex issues and escalations. Prior to Lumen, Milton worked at Infocrossing as a Senior Network Engineer, designing and supporting WAN and LAN networks with a strong focus on high uptime. Additionally, Milton served as a Technical Instructor at New Horizons Computer Learning Center, where responsibilities included designing and administering advanced training in Cisco technologies and Microsoft SQL Server.
