Moria Fredrickson is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in leading large teams and driving significant revenue growth. At Lumen Technologies, Moria served as Senior Director of Marketing Strategy, overseeing a 50-member team that generated an additional $18 million by revitalizing the brand of a $22 billion business. Previously, as Director of Global Marketing Communications, Moria established a team recognized as the B2B Marketing Association’s 2021 'Team of the Year,' successfully modernizing a 90-year-old Fortune 150 company. Moria’s prior roles include Marketing Director at Blue Medora, where the first brand strategy was formulated leading to a successful acquisition, and Copy Director & Content Strategist at Dell, where Moria led a team that significantly contributed to product marketing success. Moria initiated a content marketing team at Compellent Technologies, propelling revenue from $32 million to a $940 million acquisition, and started the career as an Account Executive at Padilla Speer Beardsley. Moria holds both an MA in Mass Communications and a BA in Journalism/Public Relations from the University of Minnesota.
