Richard Kellar

Richard Kellar has extensive experience in project management and technical operations, currently serving as Lead Project Manager at Lumen Technologies since July 2016. Prior roles include Senior Technical Project Manager, focusing on national network implementation, and experience in national field operations maintaining fiber optic connections for CenturyLink. Kellar began a career at CenturyLink in April 1999 as a Network/Data Technician, providing high-speed internet and telecommunications services. Military service as a Sergeant in the US Army involved expertise in Nuclear Biological Chemical Warfare from 1994 to 2002, and Kellar also contributed as a Volunteer Firefighter and EMT for the Mountlake Terrace Fire Department from 1992 to 2002. Educational background includes attendance at Mountlake Terrace High School and participation in Toastmasters International.
