Rick Cook

Rick Cook is currently the Vice President of Enterprise Field Operations at Lumen Technologies, where they focus on driving excellence through effective leadership. They previously held roles such as Sr. Director of Field Operations at CenturyLink and Vice President of Engineering and Operations at National Cable Construction, Inc., during which they led diverse teams and implemented cost-saving measures across various projects. Rick began their career in the US Army and continued to develop their skills in operational management and network maintenance, making significant contributions to companies like WorldCom and Level 3 Communications. They graduated from Chelsea High School in 1984.
