Rickey Meyer is an experienced operations leader recognized for their reliability in delivering customer solutions that enhance brand consistency and employee satisfaction. With a broad background in customer service and people leadership, Rickey has excelled in operations analysis, performance management, and talent development, fostering high-performing cultures that achieve consistent results. They worked as a Field Technical Supervisor at Comcast/AT&T Broadband/TCI Cablevision from 1999 to 2018, followed by a role as Supervisor Order Management at Comcast Business from 2018 to 2022. Currently, Rickey serves as the Manager of Digital Operations SDWAN at Lumen Technologies, where they continue to drive operational excellence. Rickey holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate's degree in Automotive Engineering Technology from the Phoenix Institute of Technology.
