Ron Pfaff

Ron Pfaff is a retired Senior Vice President of Service Assurance at Lumen Technologies, where they oversaw customer support and network operations. Prior to their time at Lumen, Ron held multiple leadership roles at Level 3 Communications, including SVP of North America Global Network Planning and Implementation and VP of Global Network Operations. Throughout their career, they managed large teams and were responsible for the integration and implementation of complex network technologies. Ron is grateful for the years spent with Lumen and the connections made along the way.
