Ryan Blackman

Ryan Blackman, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Fleet Management at Lumen Technologies since September 2020, overseeing furniture assets, signage, and strategic planning across four operational regions. Prior to this role, Ryan held various positions at CenturyLink from April 1999 to May 2015, including Lead Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Site Business Manager, where responsibilities included strategic planning for a 250-employee call center, focusing on compliance, budget management, compensation allocation, business continuity, and policy/process management. Ryan's educational background includes studies at Briar Cliff University from 2009 to 2011 and Montana State University-Bozeman from 1996 to 1998.
