Ryan LaMar

Ryan LaMar is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Chief of Staff for Engineering, Construction, and Operations in the Northwest Region at Lumen Technologies. They previously held various significant roles, including Lead Process Analyst and Business Operations Manager, where they led process improvements and managed regional project closeouts. Ryan's experience also includes extensive service in the US Army, where they held leadership positions in Signal Maintenance and Psychological Operations, honing skills in project management and team leadership. They earned a Bachelor's degree in American History from Washington State University Vancouver and a Master's degree from Western Washington University.
