Thanh Ta, MBA, is currently a Sr Lead Compensation Consultant at Lumen Technologies, where they leverage extensive experience in compensation strategies and market analysis. Previously, Thanh worked as a Total Rewards Analyst at Sierra Nevada Corporation and a Global Compensation Analyst at StockX, contributing to competitive pay structures and compliance with employment regulations. Early in their career, they held the role of Cost Accountant at IGT, focusing on financial management and inventory reconciliation. Thanh also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics, both from the University of Nevada, Reno. In addition to their corporate roles, Thanh is an entrepreneur and brand owner of a rapidly growing YouTube collecting platform.
