Thomas Marini is a results-focused industry leader with 30 years of experience in operational efficiency and team building. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Lumen Technologies, they manage all facets of field operations across New England, New York State, and Canada. Prior to their current role, Marini was the Director of Field Operations at Level 3 Communications and held various leadership positions at Verizon, where they oversaw significant operational efficiencies and managed large teams. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology and an MBA in Finance from Suffolk University.
