Tim Holley

Tim Holley is a seasoned Lead Construction Manager at Lumen Technologies, where they have worked since 1999. They currently serve as a Senior Technical Project Manager, overseeing projects that involve the implementation of advanced electronics platforms and the expansion of telecom infrastructure across multiple states. Previously, Tim held roles at Wiltel Communications and Level 3 Communications, managing complex network construction projects. They also bring a wealth of experience from their time as a Telecommunications Chief in the US Army. Tim continues to enhance their skills through education at Central Texas College.
