Tom Barnett is an accomplished innovation leader with extensive experience in telecommunications and military operations. Currently serving as Director of Strategic Innovation at Lumen Technologies, Tom utilizes human-centered design to foster entrepreneurial opportunities and develop groundbreaking technology solutions. With a career encompassing roles such as National Engineering Standards Manager at Sprint and Colonel in the US Army, Tom has consistently driven improvements in operational efficiency and market share growth. Tom is also a founding member of the Embarq management team, where significant advancements in network capabilities were achieved. Additionally, Tom holds a graduate degree from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and continues to serve as Vice President of the HomeGrid Forum.
