Tom Dougherty

Tom Dougherty is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and business leadership. Currently serving as Senior Director at Lumen Technologies since 2019, Tom focuses on leveraging technology to enhance organizational data utilization, drive innovation, and achieve financial growth. Previously, as President and Board Chairman of The Hibernian Association from 2017 to 2019, Tom successfully managed a cultural organization, achieving profitability and positive cash flow. At Verizon from 2009 to 2019, Tom cultivated executive relationships and developed strategies for large global enterprise accounts. Tom also held leadership roles at MCI Communications from 1998 to 2008, where responsibilities included managing sales teams and delivering innovative solutions to global clients. Tom holds an MBA in Finance and Management from the University of Connecticut School of Business, a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Computer Science from the University of Dayton, and has completed a Project Management program at Villanova University, alongside advisory experience in a Design Thinking Program at Pace University.
