Tom Sweeney

Tom Sweeney is an experienced Senior Project Manager currently supporting a 5-year Commonwealth of PA contract at Lumen Technologies since September 2018. With a tenure at AT&T beginning in July 1997, Sweeney has held various senior project management roles, including oversight of the IBM and Shell global accounts, generating over $2 billion annually. Previous positions include Vice President at UBS/Paine Webber, managing a team of 12 project managers for branch communication technologies, and Senior Project Manager at Salomon Smith Barney, where a project led to significant annual savings. Sweeney holds a Masters of Professional Studies in IT Telecommunications from New York University and a BS in Finance from Bryant University, complemented by PM certification obtained between 2009 and 2019.
