Trish Dobbins

Trish Dobbins, CSM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical program management and project leadership, currently serving as a Senior Lead Technical Program Manager at Lumen Technologies since April 2012. In this role, Trish has built and led a team focused on strategic transformation to enhance customer and employee digital experiences. Trish's previous positions at Lumen include Senior Manager of Transformation - Strategy & Design, Lead Process Analyst, Project Manager in PMO and Professional Services, Field Marketing Manager, and Real Estate Business Development Specialist, demonstrating a strong background in cross-functional collaboration, process enhancement, and customer service delivery across diverse business units. Prior to Lumen, Trish worked as an IT Administrator at PTI, overseeing IT and project management. Trish holds a B.A. in Management with a focus on Business Project Management from the University of Redlands, an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Fullerton College, and a Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance.
