William Parsons

William Parsons, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Lead Program Manager at Lumen Technologies, a position held since March 2025. Previously, William worked as a Project Manager at Actalent from July 2024 to March 2025 and as a Senior Manager of Project Management at Lumen Technologies from May 2020 to April 2024. During this tenure, William led cross-functional teams through the design thinking process and applied LEAN methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. William’s extensive experience at Lumen Technologies spans over two decades, including roles as Service Delivery Director, Manager of Project Management, Lead Project Manager, and Supervisor of Network Operations. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Marietta College, obtained in 1998.
