LUMENION develops highly competitive thermal energy storage systems which enable a dispatchable electricity and heat supply from wind and solar power generation. Our patented steel-based combined heat and power storage system absorbs renewable power peaks and reliably supplies power and heat for prolonged periods of time as required. Based on the exceptional heat storage properties of steel and utilising the cogeneration principle, the LUMENION technology achieves a particularly high efficiency (up to 95%).

LUMENION’s core team is supported by an internationally experienced board and partners with a successful track record in the development, marketing, and implementation of competitive renewable energy solutions.
