Aaron Wooler is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in the multifamily and affordable real estate sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Lument since October 2020, following the merger of Hunt Real Estate Capital with other ORIX Real Estate Capital brands, Aaron Wooler previously held the same title at Hunt Real Estate Capital from May 2016 to October 2020. Prior to that role, Wooler spent nearly 15 years at Century Housing Corporation as Senior Vice President of Lending, overseeing a range of lending activities and strategies in California. Earlier experience includes positions as a Portfolio Analyst at Trammell Crow Company/Tooley & Company and as an Analyst at MGM Grand. Wooler holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from USC Marshall School of Business.
