Charlsey Smith

Charlsey Smith is a Senior Associate at Lument, having joined the firm as an Underwriting Analyst in July 2019 following the merger of Hunt Real Estate Capital with ORIX Real Estate Capital brands. Prior to this, Charlsey gained experience as a Development and Acquisitions Intern at Vaquero Ventures, where responsibilities included identifying development opportunities, overseeing property acquisitions, and cultivating relationships with brokers and city officials. Charlsey also holds experience as a Small Business Owner for Team Bling Thing, managing marketing and budgeting while providing personalized merchandise services. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Real Estate from Texas Christian University, completed in 2019.
