Christopher Bergmann

Christopher Bergmann is an experienced Housing Specialist with a robust background in the commercial real estate industry. Currently serving as Managing Director at Lument since June 2021, Bergmann previously held the position of Director at Newmark Knight Frank from March 2012 to June 2021. Prior roles include President at The Shenandoah Group, Inc. from 2009 to March 2012 and from 1987 to 1997, where responsibilities included the development and financing of affordable, workforce, and market rate housing, totaling approximately 10,000 units.
