Cliff McDaniel

Cliff McDaniel has extensive experience in the affordable housing industry. Cliff worked as a Partner at Houston Income Properties, Inc. from 1986 to 1996. From 1996 to 2015, they served as a Partner at Apartment Realty Advisors.

In 2015, they joined Newmark Knight Frank as an Executive Managing Director in their Affordable Housing Group. During their time there, Cliff became an expert in the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) arena and frequently spoke on panels discussing the valuation of LIHTC properties.

Most recently, in 2021, they joined Lument as a Managing Director. In their role, they are responsible for investment sales of affordable apartment properties nationwide.

Cliff McDaniel attended Moody College of Communication from 1982 to 1984, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree. During the same period, they also studied Communication and Media Studies at The University of Texas at Austin and obtained a Bachelor's degree.
