Jeff Dodson

Jeff Dodson is a seasoned professional in the real estate finance sector with extensive experience in asset management and servicing. Currently serving as Managing Director at Lument since October 2020, following the merger of Hunt Real Estate Capital and ORIX Real Estate Capital brands, Jeff previously held the position of Managing Director at Hunt Mortgage Group, overseeing special servicing and asset management. Prior roles include Executive Vice President at Barings, where Jeff led servicing and asset management operations, and Director of Asset Management and Credit Surveillance at Prudential Financial. Jeff's career began as a Loan Officer at Apex Mortgage Capital and includes various positions at PNC/Midland Loan Services.
