Madi Grimaldi

Madi Grimaldi is a communications professional with extensive experience in internal and corporate communications, marketing, and event management. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in Internal and Corporate Communications at Lument since August 2025, Madi previously worked at the New York Genome Center as an Associate Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing integrated strategic communications and digital media activities. Prior roles include Senior Communications Associate at the National Association of Water Companies, and Marketing Coordinator at The Mottola Group, along with internships at Pittsburgh Magazine, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and Lilly Pulitzer. Madi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications from Duquesne University.
