Michael Badger

Michael Badger is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in underwriting and relationship management. Currently serving as Director - Underwriter at Lument since August 2017, Michael specializes in Fannie Mae Small and Freddie Mac SBL for the East Coast and Central Regions, focusing on small loans, affordable housing, manufactured housing communities, green initiatives, and cooperatives. Prior to this role, Michael worked as an Underwriter at The Community Preservation Corporation from May 2015 to August 2017, and as a Relationship Officer at CAP COM Federal Credit Union from May 2010 to May 2015. Michael holds a degree from the University at Buffalo.
