Michael Pop

Michael Pop is an experienced multifamily lending specialist currently serving as Managing Director at Lument since August 2022, focusing on Agency Debt Financing through Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and HUD. Prior to Lument, Michael held the position of Managing Director and Co-Head of Production at Basis Investment Group, LLC, where responsibilities included leading a team in originating diverse debt and equity solutions. Michael's career also includes significant experience as Production Manager at Sabal Financial Group LP and roles in investment banking and real estate at CREO Capital Advisors and Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, respectively. Michael holds an MBA in Finance and Management from Loyola Marymount University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the same institution.
