Rick Warren

Rick Warren is a senior managing director and head of small balance production at Lument, where he oversees all small-balance financing activities for commercial real estate and multifamily housing. Rick joined Lument’s predecessor Hunt Real Estate Capital in 2009 to develop and launch its small loan lending practice. Under his leadership, the unit grew rapidly and is now ranked a top Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac small loan lender. It regularly generates more than $1 billion in production annually.

Prior to joining Hunt, Rick oversaw national lending programs for IndyMac Commercial Capital Corporation and EverBank. He began his career with Bank of America, which he left when he was appointed president at BNC National Bank.

Rick has published numerous articles on small balance finance and is frequently invited to speak at national conferences. He holds a B.A. in business management from the University of Phoenix.
